Policies, Terms and Other Important Information

All rates are in US funds and are payable in US funds.

RESERVATION DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT: No reservation is confirmed until a deposit has been received and acknowledged.
One week or less: $300; balance due 3 weeks prior.
Longer than one week up to one month: $500; balance due 3 weeks prior
Longer than one month: $700 balance due 60 days prior.

The deposit may be paid via cash, cashier's check, money order, traveler's checks (US funds only) or Paypal. The reservation deposit is applied against rent, tax, departure cleaning fee and other miscellaneous charges (total due).

CANCELLATION: The reservation deposit is non-refundable for any cancellation received fewer than 60 days before confirmed arrival date. There is a $100 handling fee for cancellations received 60 days or more prior to arrival date. Reservations not paid in full prior to final payment date will be cancelled. No refunds given for early departures.

CHANGES: There is a $50 charge for modification of a confirmed reservation.

UTILITIES: Local phone service, water, cable and electricity are generally included in the rates.

All rentals except Dolphin House are subject to a $75 + 12% tax departure cleaning fee. Dolphin House has a $100 cleaning fee.

Check-in time: 4 pm; Check-out 10:30 am.

ACCOMODATIONS AND RIGHT TO SWITCH: Due to unexpected circumstances, if designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign the guest to another property of equal or greater size.

PETS: May be permitted with PRIOR permission.

LATE ARRIVALS: Accommodated with PRIOR notification.

NO SMOKING at any time inside the properties!
